Sealing Compounds

Sealers provide an integral function in the protection of tile and other flooring surfaces through penetration and water resistance. For best results, floors must be sealed before floor finish is applied. This will allow the floor finish to be stripped without affecting the sealed floor Floors that will not receive a floor finish must be protected with an adequate seal. This is even more critical for high traffic areas Where ceramic tiles are used.

Non-yellowing, water based seal formulated to provide color enhancement and gloss through deep penetration on all resilient and non-resilient tiles. Excellent self-levelillg properties, recoatability, and film formation combine to give the highest protection available to your floors. Recommended as a base coating on all floors including concrete and terrazzo. Excellent water resistance and anti-oxidation properties make SEAL #291 perfect for the protection of bare metals and to prevent dusting on concrete.

Developed for use just prior to grouting. Formulated with selected polymers, surfactants, wetting agents and emulsifiers. A thin film protects the tile from unwanted grout build up. Save time and labor cleaning after installation. Excess grout on the surface of the tile will adhere to the GROUT INHIBITOR - not the tile - allowing the grout to be removed quickly and easily.
