Neutral Cleaner. Super Concentrated Multi-Surface Cleaner
Neutral Cleaner is an advance cleaner formulation using new technology in combination with special surfactant with neutral PH and effective cleaning performance at low concentrations. Very cost effective, neutral cleaner can be used on all surfaces not affected by water for quick and superb cleaning and rinsing effect. leaves surfaces sparkling clean.
Applications.
- Use on tile, marble, granite, sinks, floor, walls, fiberglass, chrome, plastic, Corian®, etc.
- For professional floor care programs on all types of flooring surfaces, resilient tile, ceramic tiles, marble, terrazzo, sealed wood, cork, and as a general purpose cleaner.
- It offers superior performance as a general purpose cleaner for wall tiles, porcelain, plastics, chromium, and stainless steel.
- It may be used in an auto scrubber or in damp mop procedures
Directions.
- Floors: Clean surface of all debris. Mix 2-4 ounces of Neutral Cleaner per gallon of water. Scrub thoroughly and rinse. Will clean finished floors without stripping.
- Woodwork, walls and windows: Mix 1-2 ounces Neutral Cleaner to 1 gallon of water. Rinse well.
- Removal of spots and stains: Cover the area with neutral cleaner at full strength and allow a 15 minute dwell time. Scrub clean with water and rinse well. Repeat if necessary.
- Where practical, pick up with a wet dry vac or mop rinse if necessary. Repeat as needed
Texinol #7.
Multi-Surface cleaner concentrate green soap made from vegetable oil. Environmentally friendly, contains no solvents, ammonia, phosphates, perfume or dye. Texinol is biodegradable with natural pine odor. Very cost effective. DOT classified as non hazardous, non toxic and non flammable.
TEXINOL is available in gel (TEXINOL #4) or liquid (TEXINOL #7) form. Both cleaners are made from vegetable oil, pine oil, emulsifiers, non-ionic wetting agents and specially selected surfactants.- An excellent cleaner recommended for all surfaces not affected by water, including conductive surfaces.
- Use where rinsability and refreshing pine fragrance are desired. TEXINOL #4 gel type is superb for hard to clean vertical surfaces, kitchen cabinets, vinyl wall paper, etc.

Concentrated, all natural soap detergent for use on all hard surface flooring. Cleans, protects, shines and dramatically increases slip resistance - in one application. Use in automatic scrubbing machines or mop on. No rinsing is required. Floors may be buffed or burnished without affecting the anti-slip properties. Certified for slip resistance by Underwriters Laboratories in the recommended use dilution. Actually increases the coefficient of friction on slippery surfaces such as polished tile floors. Especially recommended for high traffic areas where slip and fall accidents occur. Non-film forming,R20 will not build up with repeated use. Testing on polished porcelain tile by the Ceramic Tile Institute resulted in a 10% to 45% increase in the static coefficient of friction depending on the shoe sole material and wet or dry conditions.
